Assistance with State Farm claims water damage, wind damage, flooding, storm damage

The Mississippi Center for Justice and the Gilbert Randolph law firm in Washington, which specializes in insurance coverage issues, is offering free legal assistance to State Farm policyholders whose attorneys were recently disqualified from representing them.

The service is being offered in response to settlement overtures from State Farm to individual homeowners.

Gilbert Randolph, which has previously provided free assistance on Katrina claims, will offer advice and representation to these homeowners in settlement negotiations with State Farm. The free service does not include litigation.
