FEES:                                      a one time ad administration fee of $139.99 is applied to all orders resulting in ad creation, due with the order.

FEE:                                         $ 499.99 per month or

                                               Or $ 4999.00 per year

CONTENT POLICY:  we will license space for:

1.  any and all business and or non-business advertisement in which, The Laws of The United States of America are not violated.

Through advertising on www.dryout.net you the advertiser agrees as follows:

  1. Dryout Inc. reserves the right to at any time and for any reason to remove any banner ad or ad product from www.dryout.net of any person, company and or organization/ advertiser.  This removal will result in a refund of any unused advertising payments. This refund will be processed and mailed to the customer within 30 days of the banner ad removal date.
  1. All Banner ads are for 365 days.
  1. All banner ads final. No Refund.
  1. All banner ads or products are pre-paid.
  1. Dryout Inc. reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, edits, classify, or reject any advertisement submitted by the advertiser.
  1. Dryout Inc. will administer the creation of all banner ads.
  1. Dryout Inc. may revise its advertising rate at any time upon 30 day written notice to the advertiser, and the advertiser may, without penalty. Cancel this agreement

At any time new rates are made effective, by giving written notice to Dryout Inc. prior to the effective date of the new rates.

  1. All advertising copy digital or print which represents the creative efforts of the company and/or the utilization of any and all sources for production, composition or material furnished shall remain the sole property of Dryout Inc., including all rights of copyright therein. 
  2. The advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dryout Inc and all its affiliates from any and all claims. Past Present & Future. Whether valid or invalid, suits, judgments, proceedings losses damages costs and expenses, of any and all nature whatsoever (including any and all reasonable and or incurred legal fees.)
  1. This agreement may not be assigned or transferred by the advertiser.
  1. No sequential Liability. No loss of Revenue liability. No cause of action liability.
  1. Dryout Inc. makes no claims and or forward looking statements and or projections as to and with respect to any advertisement and its performance on www.dryout.net.
  1. All banner ads will automatically be renewed.  All auto renewal licenses fees are charged to the advertiser’s credit card on file.  The advertiser may, within 30 days of the conclusion of the 365 day banner ad period by and through written notice discontinue the auto renewals.
